A late 19th century “barchessa” in the center of Ceggia (VE), where Seingim was born in 1997: a building of historical value - part of the Villa Bragadin complex dating back to 1640, owned by the Sartorello family - which the company has completely restored with an important intervention, renewing its headquarters in its birthplace, that has always maintained a central role despite the strong push towards internationalization undertaken in recent years. With a team of over 450 people, 16 operational offices throughout the country (from Bolzano to Cagliari and Catania) and 2 abroad, Seingim is a leader in civil and industrial engineering in Italy and around the world.
In line with the company's commitment of "People who work for the well-being of people", the spaces have been designed with large, transparent openings, lighting that is as natural as possible and free paths to promote visual and acoustic comfort, exchange and collaboration. In such a people-oriented project, glass surfaces are crucial and Autmind contributed to this prestigious creation with 500 m2 of partitions installed on three floors: the 6030 system was chosen to surround the offices, operational areas and meeting rooms - with an elegant anthracite profile – which offers notable performance in terms of sound absorption, despite being one of the most compact structures on the market.
The technical solutions developed by Autmind answered all the needs of the construction site due to the age and characteristics of the context: thanks to the compensation tracks, positioned in the upper part, 6030 made it possible to absorb variations in height and expansion tolerances of the original wooden floors of the time.
