Even from its name, the Hybrid Tower in Mestre expresses the concept of coexistence of multiple layers within the same building, through a formal and stylistic architectural scanning that can already be visible from the outside. In fact, different functions coexist inside: collective and private spaces, a health center, executive and residential levels, up to the panoramic restaurant located on the top floor.
The tower is a new multifunctional landmark for the city: it is located in an accessible position, close to Venice and the lagoon, in an area that has undergone a very rapid metamorphosis, evolving from an industrial and semi-abandoned area in a new business, tourist and residential hub.
Inside, different functions coexist: collective and private spaces, a health center, executive and residential levels, up to the panoramic restaurant located on the top floor.
For the institutional headquarters of a major hotel chain, the Slim partition wall was chosen, which allows, thanks to its lightness, to define spaces while leaving the view free to appreciate the elevated position and enhance the glazed architecture. The walls, recessed flush with the floor and ceiling, integrate full-height sliding doors: the choice of black profiles, smoked glass and etched doors helps to create, together with the other finishes chosen for the interiors, an environment of elegant discretion with an executive character.
